Lazy Daisy

You know that feeling when your garden is blooming, the weeds are all pulled, and it's a balmy summer evening, free from bugs and nosy neighbors?

Yeah, me either.

I'm the world's worst gardener. Yes, I can grow things. Lots of things. But the second it's over 100 and the mosquitoes come out, I'm done. That's when it's time to head into the sewing room and make fabric flowers indstead.

The Lazy Daisy is an oldie-but-a-goodie. She was my original quilt block from my old company, Happy Hippie Studio (Nope, I didn't update the brand on the pattern. I'm too busy sewing), and she's still a favorite.
